WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A 15% – 30% DISCOUNT ON ALL BOOKINGS FROM

7TH SEPTEMBER 2021 – 20TH DECEMBER 2021

Our accommodation rates are fixed for the season 2021/2022 and are our given in INR. You can use the online currency converter to convert the rates into any other currency here.

All our rates are based on a per room per night basis.

​

To secure your booking we will ask for a 50 % deposit.  This is non – refundable any time 30 days prior to your stay and 45 days prior to your stay for bookings between 21st December and 4th January. The remaining balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation upon arrival due to changes in your plans will be charged 100 % of your booking fee.

To secure your booking we will ask you to transfer the deposit in advance and offer different ways to do this:

​

• com. We think it’s the best way if you are sending money from abroad. It’s fast, cheap and easy.
• European or Indian bank accounts.  Easy for all bank accounts but comes with a bank transfer fee.
• Very fast, but not cheap. Also not very clear how much is charged as fees vary depending on the amount and currency not only of the sender, but also receiver.
• Western Union. Very fast, but not cheap either.

It’s up to you to decide which method is the best for you. We will send you details by email or WhapsApp on request.  To pay your accommodation balance we accept only cash in INR, USD, Euros or GBP

• Check in time is 2pm, check out at 11am
• Minimum of 5 nights stay between December 21st – January 4th
• We can provide an extra bed in rooms for an additional 500 INR per night increasing to 700 INR per night between 21st December – 4th January.
• We also arrange transfers from Dabolim airport or Madgaon train station to Talpona beach at reasonable rates.
